2. Information we process
We may process account and profile details, business contact details, billing and transaction records, product settings, support messages, usage and interaction data, device and connection information, and the public competitor information a customer asks the service to monitor. We receive this information from users, their organizations, contracted service providers, and public sources. The service is not designed to collect sensitive personal information, and customers should not submit it unless necessary and lawfully authorized.
3. Purposes of processing
We process information to provide and secure the service, administer subscriptions, authenticate users, respond to requests, improve product performance, comply with law, prevent misuse, and send marketing communications where permitted or consented to.
4. Public-source intelligence
The service analyzes publicly available business information such as websites, product pages, changelogs, public hiring pages, press releases, reviews, and public repositories. Customers remain responsible for using resulting intelligence lawfully.
5. Cookies and analytics
Necessary storage may be used for security, preferences, and account sessions. Optional analytics or advertising technologies will be used only when enabled and, where required, after consent. Browser controls may also limit cookies.
6. Service providers and disclosures
We may disclose relevant information to contracted providers supporting hosting, security, authentication, communications, analytics, and billing; to professional advisers; to authorities when legally required; and to a successor in a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of relevant assets. These recipients receive only information reasonably necessary for their role. We do not sell personal data, use it for targeted advertising, or use it for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant decisions.
7. Retention, security, and incidents
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the volume and nature of the information. If we become aware of a security incident, we will investigate promptly and provide notices required by applicable law. When Arizona Revised Statutes section 18-552 applies, required affected-person notices will be made within the statutory period after determining that a security system breach occurred, subject to any permitted law-enforcement delay.
8. Your privacy rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request confirmation and access, correction, deletion, and a portable copy of personal data, as well as information about categories of personal data and third parties involved in disclosures. You may also opt out of targeted advertising, sale of personal data, or qualifying automated profiling. We will honor recognized opt-out preference signals where applicable law requires and will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
9. Requests, authorized agents, and appeals
Submit a request to [email protected]. Describe the right you wish to exercise and the account or interaction involved. We may verify your identity and, for an authorized agent, the agent's authority before responding. We generally respond within 45 days where applicable law requires, subject to a permitted extension with notice. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying with the subject "Privacy Appeal"; where applicable law requires, we will answer an appeal within 60 days. You do not need to create a new account to submit a request.
10. International processing
Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Where required, we use contractual or other lawful safeguards for cross-border transfers.
11. Children
The service is intended for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the service.
12. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the service or applicable law. We will post the revised date on this page and provide additional notice when required.
